Our English Language courses offer flexible study options and commence every Monday, 50 weeks of the year. When you enrol, you’ll enjoy access to all the campus facilities, as well as the support of highly experienced and qualified teachers, who can develop your reading, writing and speaking skills.
Once you successfully complete your English course, you will be confident in your ability to communicate, as well as automatically satisfy the pathway entry requirements of your chosen TAFE NSW vocational or higher education course. You can study English as a stand-alone course, or package it with a TAFE NSW Degree, advanced diploma or certificate course.
The best learning results come from mixing teaching methods, which is why a typical week in an English class will have you reading, writing, listening and participating in group discussions and conversations. With twenty hours per week of varied study, you’ll learn English easier and faster at TAFE NSW.
Please note, the length of your English course will depend on your English proficiency at the time of enrolment, your progress during the course, and the entry requirements for the course that you want to study afterwards.
