Senior Hairdresser

About the role

We're ready to welcome someone special into the Harlow & Co. team. We're looking for an experienced, passionate and talented Senior Hairdresser (3rd year or senior) who genuinely loves what they do and wants somewhere to grow, feel appreciated and build a long-term career. This is a part-time position at our Coffs Harbour salon.

We want someone who brings more than great hair skills: a beautiful attitude, a strong work ethic, positive energy and a genuine love for making clients feel incredible.

About you

• You have at least 1 year of experience and are confident in all aspects of hairdressing, particularly colouring, blondes and transformations.
• You take pride in your work and genuinely care about your clients.
• You are reliable, motivated, organised and professional.
• You love being part of a team and supporting those around you.
• You have great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• You are passionate about continuing to learn, grow and develop your career.
• You are looking for a salon you can truly call home.
