Multi-Skilled Operators & General Labourers

We are currently seeking Multi-Skilled operators and General labourers for the Carmody Hill Wind Farm

What we are looking for; 

• For Multi-Skilled Operators:

  • Proven experience operating Plant such as, but not limited to: Articulated Truck/Scraper/Roller/Excavator/Water Cart 

  • Valid and relevant plant operation licenses/certifications applicable to the machinery being operated

  • Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on plant machinery.

  • Experience working in a construction or similar environment is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated understanding of safety procedures and regulations 

  • Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Experience working in a construction or similar environment is highly desirable

  • Strong Safety Awareness

  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour

  • Follow site plans and protocols 

  • Willingness to work away when required

• For Labourers:

  • Previous experience as a construction labourer or in a similar manual labour role.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

  • Understanding of site safety procedures.

  • Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) or equivalent.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or Independently 

  • Experience with site cleanup, material handling, and general labouring duties.

• General Requirements:

  • Whitecard

  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Good communication skills 

  • Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
