About the role
We're looking for a full-time Retail Manager to lead our busy retail, tobacco and gift store at Lake Munmorah.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily store operations
- Manage staff and rosters
- Handle stock control and coordinate with suppliers
- Ensure high levels of customer service
- Meet sales and compliance standards
About you
- A minimum Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
- Experience in tobacco or speciality retail is preferred
