We are one of the largest importers and distributors of groceries and branded food products from India, Pakistan, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, South Africa and Kenya, serving both retail and wholesale markets. Our portfolio includes over 1,000 high-quality product lines from globally renowned suppliers. Strong demand for ethnic and international grocery products has opened doors to niche markets and continues to shape the future of the grocery industry in Perth.

We are looking for a Supply and Distribution Manager who will play a crucial role in our success and help us maintain our competitive edge.

  • Monitor supplier performance and evaluate potential new vendors to strengthen the supply chain.
  • Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all purchasing, storage and distribution transactions.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes, including hygiene checks, audits and safety compliance.
  • Monitor and review policies, staff performance and operational systems to drive continuous improvement.

About you

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics coordination.
  • Knowledge of WHS and compliance standards.
  • A strong understanding of relationship building and dispute resolution processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with suppliers, staff and clients.
  • A minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field, or alternatively 5 years of experience in lieu of a qualification.
