We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Laundry Operations Manager to oversee our business, which caters to contract work and on-demand jobs across hospitality, corporate and government sectors.
This is a full-time, permanent, hands-on role in metropolitan Perth. - Quality and compliance: maintain strict compliance with Australian Standard AS/NZS 4146 (Laundry Practice) for infection control and thermal/chemical disinfection.
- Work health and safety: foster a proactive safety culture, conduct hazard risk assessments and ensure compliance with machinery handling guidelines.

- Cost control: monitor pricing and work completion to ensure we achieve the required return.
- Quote on new business.
About you

- Friendly and confident dealings with customers.
- Excellent logistical problem-solving and computer skills for scheduling and billing.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a record of optimising workflows to improve cost efficiency.
- Thorough knowledge of the Xero accounting system (essential).
