DINESH CORPORATION PTY LTD is seeking an experienced, reliable Full-Time Cook to join our restaurant team in Muswellbrook, NSW.

Position details

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals in line with restaurant standards
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Maintain food quality, portion control and consistency
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food-safety requirements
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and minimise wastage
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service

Essential requirements

• Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
• At least one year of full-time cooking experience
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures

. Sound knowledge of Indian Cuisine is a Plus

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork, time-management and communication skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required
